POS Insights uses Google sign-in only to confirm who you are. It receives your Google account email and name, and checks your email against a list of approved users.
When you use a tool, the service logs your email, the tool name and the filters you chose, for security and audit purposes. Logs are kept on the service's server and are not shared with or sold to anyone.
The service only reads aggregated retail sales data. It does not access your Google data, email, files or contacts.
